Crescent Heights broke ground on the Nema Miami apartment tower with Whole Foods Market as its commercial anchor in the Edgewater neighborhood. Blackstone Real Estate provided a $224 million construction loan to the Miami-based developer for the 39-story project at 2900 Biscayne Blvd. Nema Miami will total 943,000 square feet, with 588 apartments, 50,818 square feet of commercial space anchored by Whole Foods, and seven levels of parking with about 748 spaces. The ninth-floor amenity deck will include a pool, a lounge, and a fitness center.
